The Culture Behind the Flavor
DelSur Empanadas is the Twin Cities first Argentinian empanada restaurant, founded by Argentine natives Diego Montero (Cordoba) and Nicolas Nikolov (Buenos Aires). Every empanada is handcrafted from scratch with fresh dough made daily and baked to order – a rotating menu of classic, gluten-free and vegan fillings, plus Argentine favorites like the filet mignon Lomito sandwich, the chorizo Choripan, salads, flan and a glass of Malbec.
